How to get in Mykonos
The Greek island of Mykonos can be reached by air from Athens. If you prefer to travel by ship, you have a choice of ferries, flying dolphins, hydrofoils, or catamarans that leave from Piraeus and Rafina. The distance from Piraeus is 94 nautical miles and from Rafina 71 nautical miles. The trip by a "normal speed" ferry from Piraeus takes about 6 hours, while the respective one from Rafina takes about 5 hours, but there is a variety of faster vessels (high-speed ferries) to choose if you want to cut that time to almost the half.
